Privacy policy
Short version: you do not need an account, and we do not track you.
This page explains how Blissful treats your information. We keep it simple, because the site itself is simple: guides to read and small tools to use.
What do we collect?
We do not ask you to create an account, log in or fill in forms. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to read a guide or use a tool.
This follows the spirit of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): collect only what is needed, use it only for a clear purpose, keep it safe, and tell people what is happening. Because we collect no personal data from visitors, there is very little to protect, and we like it that way.
Do you use analytics or cookies?
Not at the moment. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser may keep small technical settings so the site works properly, such as your chosen language.
If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this page before we do, and describe what is measured.
What happens to what I type into the tools?
Nothing you type is sent anywhere. The meditation timer, the mind unload board and our other tools run inside your browser. If a tool lets you save something, it is kept on your own device only.
You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data. Because it never reaches us, we cannot read it, recover it or share it.
What about the app link?
Some pages offer a button to the Miracle of Mind app by Sadhguru. The link is a referral link from the app. When you tap it, you leave Blissful and go to the provider’s page or app store.
From then on, the provider’s own privacy policy applies, and the store you use has its own rules too. Please read them before installing. Every guide and tool on this site is free to use on its own.
Who can I ask?
Your rights under the PDPA include asking what data an organisation holds about you. Since we hold none from visitors, there is usually nothing to access or correct. Our about page explains who we are and how the site works.
Will this page change?
Yes, if the site changes. We will keep the wording plain and update this page before anything new starts. For how we check and correct our guides, read our editorial policy. For the limits of what these guides can offer, see our health and wellbeing note.
Common questions
Does Blissful collect my personal data?
No accounts, sign-ups or forms are needed to read the guides or use the tools. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and we do not build a profile of you. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
What happens to what I type into the tools?
Nothing you type into a tool is sent anywhere. The timer, the breathing pacer and the planners run in your own browser, and anything saved stays on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
At the moment we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser may keep small technical items for the site to work, such as your language choice. If we add analytics later, we will say so here and keep it minimal.
What happens when I tap the app button?
The button opens the app provider's page or store listing. From that point the provider's own privacy policy applies, not ours. Please read it before you install or sign in, because we cannot see or control what the app collects.
