App help

Where to find official help for the app

The app is acting up, and you would rather ask the right place than guess.

When an app misbehaves on a tired evening, it is easy to feel it was your mistake. It usually is not. This page helps you sort the problem out calmly and shows where official help lives, so you do not have to rely on guesses from strangers.

Is it the phone, the store or the app?

Start by working out which one is acting up. It narrows the question, and the right place to ask depends on the answer.

  • The app will not download or update: this is usually a store, storage or connection matter.
  • The app opens but a screen looks wrong: this is for the app provider.
  • Your phone is slow or low on space: this is the phone itself.

Try the same thing on another connection, such as home Wi-Fi instead of mobile data on the LRT. If it works there, the app was fine all along.

Who makes the app, and where is its official help?

The App Store lists Miracle of Mind by Sadhguru as provided by Isha Foundation1. So the provider’s own pages are the source for support details.

Isha’s website says the app is available on the Apple App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android2. Check the “developer” and “support” sections of your own store listing, and look on isha.sadhguru.org for its help pages.

Please use the support details the provider shows today.

Try this: a five-minute checklist

  1. Close the app fully and open it again.
  2. Check that you have a connection and some free space on your phone.
  3. Look in your store for an update to the app, and install it if there is one.
  4. Restart the phone, then try once more.
  5. Write down what you saw: the screen, what you tapped and what happened. Take a screenshot if you can.

If it still fails, send those notes to the provider through the official help route. Clear notes get clearer answers.

When the setting you want is hard to find

Menu names and screens change between versions, and your own phone shows the current ones. For things like reminders, meditation length or language, look inside the app’s own settings first. Our guides on reminder and duration settings and checking languages separately explain what to look for without promising a particular menu.

For install trouble, see the steps for Android in Malaysia or the iPhone version. The first-time setup guide covers what happens before the first session.

Fitting this into a real day

You do not need to fix it right now. If the app is giving you trouble before a long drive or a busy shift, skip it. Sit for two minutes with the meditation timer, which runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

If using a screen to relax is making you feel more wound up, that is a fair reason to put the phone down. If anything you try brings up distress, dizziness or painful memories, it is fine to stop. A doctor or counsellor is a good person to talk to, and our support page shows where to start.

What if the answer comes slowly?

Replies from any help team can take a few days. While you wait, nothing is lost. Your day does not depend on the app, and a two-minute pause at your desk with your own breath is just as real. Keep your notes so you can answer follow-up questions quickly, and be kind to yourself about the delay.

Where to go next

Go back to the Miracle of Mind hub for the full set of guides, or read what the official sources describe for an overview of the app itself.

Every guide on this site is ready to read whether or not the app is working today.

Common questions

Can Blissful fix a problem with the app?

Blissful is an independent publisher, so account and phone questions go to the app provider. What we can do is help you work out what is going on and point you to the people who can answer: the app provider and the store you downloaded it from.

Who actually makes the app?

The App Store listing names Isha Foundation as the provider of Miracle of Mind. That makes Isha's own website and the store listing the right places to look for contact and help details, because they are the source. The provider's pages show their current support details.

What if I just want to meditate and the app will not cooperate?

You can sit for a few minutes without any app. Use our meditation timer or the slow breathing pacer, both of which run in your browser. Come back to the app another day, once you have checked the official help pages, or skip it altogether.
